Casady School Day Portraits Ordering
Please Read Before Ordering
There are two separate ways school photos may be ordered.
If you prepaid using the paper order packet before picture day, your order is already being processed by our studio and will be delivered to your school when complete. If your order included digital images, you will receive a separate email with your download link once your order has been processed.
The online gallery is a separate ordering option for families who did not prepay, or for anyone who would like to place an additional order. The school has sent out the gallery link and password so you can view your student’s images and order online. Print orders placed through the gallery will be shipped directly to your home.
Please note that the gallery password is only used to view the online gallery. It is not the access code for downloading prepaid digital images.
Digital images purchased through the online gallery are also processed by our studio and are not available for instant download. Your digital download link will be emailed to you within a few days after your order is placed.

How long do you keep images?
We archive all of our images but we do not guarantee that your photos will be available long term. Please go ahead and make your order during the current school year
How long will my order take to arrive?
Pre Ordered School Day Portrait Packages will be ready in approx.. 3-4 weeks from photo day and delivered to the school to be distributed. Online Ordered Packages will be shipped to your home in approx. 1-2 weeks.
How do I get an online code or password?
If you are ordering , use the code provided that was created by the school.

How do I receive my digital images?
Your image will be emailed to the email address provided, when your order is processed. If you do not see it , please check your spam folder then contact us.
